Our Prices
All prices in the online shop exclude postage and packaging.
All our prices were correct to the best of our knowledge on the 1st March 2009. We intend to keep our pricing as up to date as possible however manufacturer pricing can change without notice and our invoicing may reflect this.
Delivery Charges
UK Standard Flat Rate £3.50
European Flat Rate £5.50
We aim to dispatch all purchases using Royal Mail.
Normally UK customers can expect their order to arrive within 1-5 working days.
European customers normally within 7-10 working days.
Deliveries are normally made between 8am and 6pm and may require a signature on receipt.
If you would like to place an order to be delivered outside Europe please contact us for a quotation.
Bulk Purchase
We welcome all bulk purchase orders (6 or more each item) however, where possible, please place your order in good time to avoid availability issues. These may take up to 14 days to receive.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Stage-it, if however you are not happy with your purchase simply contact us to request a return and send the item to us within 14 days of receipt. Providing the item is returned in its original condition we will offer a full refund. Please note we are not responsible for return postage or items that fail to reach us. |
